Free Range Chickens
The missus has watched a few YouTube videos about chicken cruelty and insists on buying free range chickens.

Twice the price, half the meat. And far less fat to make the roast potatoes more tasty. And none left over to make a scrummy gravy..

They're on this earth to feed us, it's called the food chain. What are your thoughts of how the meat on your plate has been looked after?

Re: Free Range Chickens
Those mass produced boiler chickens are absolute garbage. I would rather eat less frequently and buy better when I have it.

Also if the price of 3 pints puts you off buying a better quality chicken then I don't know what to tell you.

Re: Free Range Chickens
I think free range chicken farming is barbaric. They keep them out in all weathers having to scratch around in filth and at the mercy of predators. They would be better off in a nice battery , all meals coming on time and kept warm.

Some actually like their women cooped up like battery chickens - must be something genetic that effects their cock.

Re: Free Range Chickens
I remember my mum getting capons for special occasions, but I can't remember what they taste like. Well, chickeny, obviously, but better flavour than turkey?

Don't worry Alf's, thoroughbred race horses will be available soon when racing is banned and they have to kill thousands !
